Drivetrain System Vibration Analysis

For the drivetrain system, various parts on the car experience constant vibrations and loads. When designing these parts, the focus was placed on harmonic failure and fatigue failure. These analyses were performed using ANSYS Mechanical. Images show the sprocket and driveshaft going through harmonic analysis, as well as hand calculations of modal analysis, harmonic responses, and critical speeds for the driveshafts.
