For the UT24 Drivetrain system, a lap simulation was used to optimize and determine the optimal drive ratio for the UT24 car. The same methodology was applied to the UT23 car, which was our first-year running car. Data from tracks like New Hampshire, Michigan, and Czech was gathered to validate and improve our lap simulation model. This model was then used in a custom-built MATLAB simulation to determine the optimal drive ratio for the UT24 car.

Integrated Simulation with Powertrain Characteristics
The UT24 Drivetrain system optimization ensures a more efficient drivetrain by accurately modeling and simulating the optimal drive ratio. By using real-world track data, the system's performance is validated and fine-tuned, resulting in better lap times and improved energy management.
